Samsung LN46B750 46-Inch 1080p 240Hz LCD HDTV with Charcoal Grey Touch of Color
Are simply “talks” with the image quality with a series of adjustments of the box! This set is simply magnificent Samsung with its glossy piano black as wet, not to mention how you look good, even if it is off! This series has many features in the real world are used in the shop for you, plus a lot of options to customize the image for your needs.

You can also change the way a whole is responsible for AMP or 240Hz Auto Plus proposal from ultra soft while watching sports with 0 motion blur to a more realistic film like smoothness. This is the first LCD HDTV I have seen are white black and white black, only the darkness of the plasma jet was white black and white!

This Samsung LCD HDTV is more like a computer, rather than a paper manual that comes with a USB 2.0 Flash Drive (E-Manual) switch in which only the manual and can scan your beautiful 46 “inch screen. You can also update the firmware version in the near future for most features, bug fixes and maybe hardware compatibility issues.

The sound seemed good enough for a dish, the remote is the icing on the cake. The remote is backlit and is 100% a nice shiny surface that fits well in hand. I did a lot of research in almost every HDTV on the market for a month and this set is the best image quality of all the others out there, if you buy this series will not be a little ‘disappointed!

Samsung has come a long way in a short time a product is difficult to overcome the cost and performance wise! I bought this set from Amazon on Friday and delivered the following Wednesday, I do not know how Amazon managed a speedy delivery! A big thank you to the Company for an excellent pilot and friendship to ensure that all setup for me, the whole experience has been happy!

LG 32LH20 -Feedback by E. Baker

Very Happy Birthday to Me!, April 25, 2009

I’ve had my new LG for a week and I’m thrilled with it. We bought this T.V. to replace an older 19″ CRT for the den, where my wife and I end up watching T.V. in the evenings because the kids are doing homework or entertaining in the room with the big HDTV. The picture is so crisp, and the colors so vibrant, that I find myself looking for excuses to turn it on and watch it. I’m afraid to admit it, but I may actually prefer my new 32″ LG to my 60″ Sony! I liked the swivel base, so I was choosing between this set and a Samsung at the same price point. The pictures were very, very similar in quality, but I chose the LG because it was a newer model than the Samsung, and the Samsung was really at the low end of the Samsung line, while this LG is more in the middle of the LG line. The picture was great out of the box, although the T.V. is packed with features allowing you to tune and tweak the picture settings to your heart’s content. I’m also very happy I didn’t spend more money for a 1080p set. At 32″ the 720p resolution looks awesome, so I can spend that extra $150 on something else. Add to all the above the fact that the set looks fabulous sitting in its cabinet, and you have a great value. Thanks LG!

very good set, April 19, 2009

this was on sale at BB. Ordinarily I’m not that crazy about lg. The samsung in the same size had A LOT more reflection. if this is an issue for you, think hard about the LG. This set has an excellent picture, good sound, and it is easy to adjust the picture. No need in my opinion for 1080 in this size (or any other size unless watching a lot of blu-ray.) Big features of this set were light weight (easy to move) and very low reflection from other light sources.

I’d get it again.

LG 32LH20 -Feedback by Veggie Grower

Great choice for small room, April 22, 2009

This TV deserves another 5 star rating! It’s perfect for our bedroom. The picture and sound were great on standard settings right out of the box, although it has several alternate pre-sets and infinitely tweakable custom settings. The big menu is very intuitive but it also has a quick menu that pops up in the lower right corner for quick changes to common things. The remote is small and has well spaced, easy to use buttons.

I wanted a solidly built TV with decent sound and my wife wanted no clutter and simple operation. This one is all black, no “bling” but has enough features and connections so we could use it for more than a standalone TV. The “invisible speaker system” is pure genius and gives a surprisingly full sound without needing a speaker system and amp (no clutter). More importantly (to me since I’m a bit hard of hearing), the clear voice and auto sound leveling (quiet parts automatically turned up while commercials don’t come out blaring) both work well. It’s one of those “set and forget” things. Here are more pictures and specs: [...]

A technophile could hash over the finer points and compare this to others in its class, but as far as I’m concerned: it’s a new model, has a clear, bright picture, the faces and landscapes all look realistic, and it has great sound, so how much better can it get? Of course the news and some commercials are still way over the top with color saturation and contrast, but that’s not the TV’s fault.

6ave get’s five stars too. I’d never heard of them until I saw this item, but 2 minutes on their website convinced me they were organized and reputable. It came wrapped in a second box with foam peanuts all around it to prevent shock. The order was placed on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday morning in perfect condition. They are in the same league with NewEgg, B&H Photo and BuyDig. Also UPS called us to make sure someone was home to sign for it.

One last thing… the manual power switch and all the other side controls/connectors are on the right side out of view, and that little bump on the bottom frame (on the right) is a subtle status indicator light that glows red or blue. The main jacks are all on the rear left (as you would face the screen) and it has a built in wire guide that can help keep a few wires neater.

Overall we are both very, very pleased and now we are planning on replacing our big rear projection box with a sleek LCD TV, probably a bigger version of this one.

So get off the Samsung bandwagon and get this one before they sellout. Nothing against Samsung at all, but some marketing genius has stolen the attention from other well engineered new TVs available on Amazon.

Sharp LC32D47U -Feedback by Nathan Gasser

Amazing Flat Screen so far, April 20, 2009

I saw that Amazon was selling this product and it was a really good price. I had been looking around and was not happy with the small Televisions I saw at the stores – they just seemed cheap. The picture was bad and the sound was poor. Based on specs of this new screen I decided to order it, sight unseen.

Man am I happy! First – the picture is beautiful. The colors are not fake, the skin tones are great and the picture is razor sharp. I am very picky about what passes for quality these days on flat screen panels, and this one is amazing.

Sound is bit pitchy, but its not horrific. I hooked it up to my computer to test that and things were amazing as well – was able to play FPS action without any problems.

Delivery was great. I ordered on Friday morning and had it ready to go on Tuesday Night.

I will come back if there are any issues but so far so good!

Sharp LC40E67U/N -Feedback by David Noller

Nice TV, April 27, 2009

I was not going to review this TV, but when I read the first review up here I thought I should go ahead and add my two cents. First of all, it does not seem like a big issue to me that the TV does not come with a wall mounting stand. I do not think LCD TVs like this normally do come with that (a buddy of mine just bought a larger Sony for over $2G and it did not come with a stand). I have mine sitting on a TV stand anyway, so this was really not an issue for me. Secondly, I do not think it is accurate that this model is being discontinued. When I got my TV I was told that this was a new line and that they were just coming out (2-3 weeks ago). The fact that there are virtually no reviews of the TV on the internet seems to support that point. So I think that is misinformation.

I was worried about the fact that the TV is 60hz and not 120hz like many of the TVs coming out now (or even 240hz). It appears to me that I was worried over nothing as I do not see any issues at all, even when I am watching sports such as football, basketball, etc.

Another thing I was worried about was the sound – I had looked at a 37″ Sharp in Walmart a while back and noticed that the sound was very poor – in particular, not loud enough. That is not the case on this TV. It has two sound modes, Stereo and Surround, and the sound seems very good actually for an LCD.

As to the picture quality, I did not think that the Standard mode looked that great, but after I fiddled with the modes I settled on the User setting where I could adjust things like backlight and contrast myself and, having done that, I think the picture is very good. Dynamic (not Fixed) also looks very good.

My only real complaint here is that I can’t figure out how to set the video modes for things like “dot by dot” and “smart stretch” so that it uses the appropriate mode for an input signal. What I would like to see is the ability to have it use “dot by dot” (this shows the signal as received by the TV) for HD, but “smart stretch” (this stretches the signal to fill the screen) for standard TV, but I don’t see how to do that. Not sure if other brands can do that, but does not seem like this one does (but this could be user error, I am still learning about the TV).

The TV has a matte screen (vs glossy) and it looks very nice in the room where I am using it (family room with low to moderate light). It has a glossy frame around the screen with an orange highlight along the bottom. It is a nice looking TV, similar to the Samsung TOC (I have a 20″ TOC in my bedroom).

I have the TV hooked up to a Comcast HD DVR box, so I really can’t say much about how well the TV works as a tuner, have not tried it that way. I am using the Comcast box as my tuner.

Like most HDTVs, HD looks spectacular, standard TV is “not bad”. DVDs look good, certainly no worse than on a regular TV, better I’d say. I have not tried Blue Ray yet.

I like the TV and I am very happy with it so far. I think it is a very good buy for the $$.
